JAQ-SDILI United is a design and project management firm set-up in 1999 between JAQ and the Shanghai Design Institute of Light Industry (SDILI, now part of the larger Haisum Engineering Group) to address the demand for Design and Build contracts, a preferred approach of many new arrivals in China. SDILI was formed in 1953 and holds one of the largest numbers of licensed engineering professionals of any single design firm in the country. This single source design and build capability gives us a unique advantage when dealing with fast track projects or where special process design expertise is also required.
